Sorry to have to be so specific about content rights; however, parts of my line of work require that I be expressly clear about intellectual property. If you don’t agree to the policy outlined below, then don’t post or email me. In case my family thinks I’ve gone nuts, this isn’t exactly aimed at you. The reason for me being this way will one day be revealed. 
Anything and everything posted to the GordoZone.com Web site or to the comments section (which is currently hosted on HaloScan.com) becomes my personal property completely and exclusively for ever and ever throughout the entire universe and beyond to do with as I see fit, including all intellectual property derived from it. This also means, by posting content to this site or emailing me, you have given up and no longer have any rights of any sort under any jurisdiction in the universe over said content or its derivative, and understand that those rights are mine completely and forever.
Anything and everything emailed to me also becomes my personal property completely and exclusively for ever and ever throughout the entire universe and beyond to do with as I see fit, as does any intellectual property derived from said email.
If you are under the age of majority in your country (under 18 years of age in the United States of America), and/or are unable to legally enter into a contract of your own volition, then you must have a parent or legal guardian grant you permission to post content on GordoZone.com or any comment forum associated with, linked to, or assigned to GordoZone.com, or email content to me, BEFORE posting/emailing. I, thus, hold the right to assume all rights over any and all content posted to this site (or to the linked comments section, currently hosted by HaloScan.com), and all content emailed to me, and all derivative intellectual property from any and all content posted or emailed, no matter what the conditions under which said content was posted or emailed.
I write under the pseudonym The Gordo, and am the sole owner of the site, domain, and all contents with the exception of the WordPress blog software, which falls under the rights of WordPress.org, or their associations, as expressed by them.
