Yes, it really is National Waffle Day.
I hope you all celebrated. I did.
We even made shirts for band camp. Today was the last day of band camp, so after a performance for the parents we all had waffles and all the works — maple syrup, chocolate syrup, caramel cyrup, ice cream, honey, strawberries, whipped cream. [...]

Although I never attended his church, I did live in Lynchburg until I was 23, and I graduated from Liberty University in 1991 with my Ed. degree.

I spent the weekend with family. Great times.
These are the good old days. Cherish them while you have them.
I’m also very thankful for winter spice tea, especially when it includes juniper berries. I love the taste of juniper berries — dunno why. Good stuff.
